AI Rentals provides AI-powered operational intelligence solutions for rental businesses, including but not limited to:

• Performance reporting and dashboards
• Integration services for rental operations systems

The specific features and scope of Services provided to you may be defined in a separate service agreement or pilot program agreement.

3. User Accounts and Registration

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Payment Terms

If your use of the Services requires payment, you agree to pay all fees as specified in your service agreement or as otherwise communicated to you. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in your service agreement or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI RENTALS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Rentals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by providing written notice to us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
